The comedy series is centered upon twin brothers Karan and Kabir, who live in the Raj Mahal Hotel with their mother, Preeti Jaiswal. Preeti is an assistant manager in the hotel. Supporting characters include privileged Rani Oberoi & Vinny Kukreja - the hotel's down-to-earth candy counter girl.
